As you know, I'd been doing a little labor day sale shopping. The rest of my shoppings came in today, plus a swap package :3.

I've already tried everything on, and have already worn the tan crop top out. It may have been a silly idea to get the shirts in size M's since they seem a bit on the bigger side, but I'd rather be safe than unable to breath lol. I'm in love with the aviators also. I highly enjoy the shade tint. I think I really like aviators since this is the second pair I've bought without noticing the similarity lol.

Style.ly Sweater order 

 Washed and tried on. It may be on a bit of the itchy side when I actually wear it, but I like it regardless. I'll have to be careful not to spill when I eat for sure though haha. This is sweater #19 in my collection I do believe.

 I sure do love me some domo, and she knew just what items to pick for me. Sadly I don't see myself using every single item so a few will be regifted/resold but I like everything she chose for me regardless.

My favorite item would have to be this rilakkuma plush coin purse/card holder keychain with retractable string.

Now I'm just waiting for my PLNDR winnings package, Leggings Giveaway Prizes, and various other packages to arrive in my mailbox.

July Shoppings

Let's start off with a trade I'm doing on facebook with V's A'more Bello

She was interested in a few of my rare plushies that I was letting go of, including:

I had ordered some Hello Kitty Cabochons for my swap with paperfun, and they came in yesterday. I have to say that they are quite adorable. I bought them off of ebay. Just put cabochon in the search. They have a wide variety.

Early yesterday, the family went out to eat at my favorite Indian Restaurant up the street.

My delicious plate consisted of: Rice, Chicken Tikka Masala [on rice], Spicy Chicken 65, and Malai chicken. omnomnom

Now onto the serious shopping portion. My favorite stores include anywhere I can get a whole wardrobe for $50-$60 lol [i.e. goodwill/thrift stores, ross, rainbow, wally world etc etc.]  I went to Ross and Rainbow the other day. Here's my loot:

Along with shopping, I've also been trying to get some refashioning done, so I can have some "unique" clothing items for the coming school year.

I bought this button-down on one of my Goodwill trips back at school. 

It's a size XL [I think in Women's]. I started off with taking one of my tank tops and "measuring" off where I wanted to start cutting. I started with the sleeves, and sewed a hem on one of the holes. I'm going to do the same to the other side and take in the sides so that it isn't so wide.

In the end, I should have a lovely sleeveless button-down for the hot summer.

When I got back home, I ventured to one of the Goodwill's in my area that I haven't been to yet and found this lovely blouse:

Sadly it had a hole in it, but I didn't care. It was too cute and such a lovely color that I decided I could just fix it. So this is the second "refashion" I'm working on.

I've decided to put a pocket over it :D

This is only the beginning of my shopping ventures. I haven't done back-to-school shopping yet >:3

The other swap I've been working on is the Fill-A-Bag swap with paperfun on flickr. The bag hasn't come in yet still, but the swap isn't due til august so it's ok.

Bento Love

I hadn't noticed the amount of Bento boxes and accessories I had, until I found my "collection" in a cabinet downstairs in the kitchen. I know I had the Panda one in my room with me since it's the most recent one I had gotten, and I knew of the Hello Kitty "house" one I had since I used that one during high school but totally forgot about the others.

Hong Kong Asian Market!

*Dances* My parents seem to have fallen in love with our local asian market! That means more visits for me >:D. Purchasing produce from there costs substantially less than at our grocery store. Even less than the farmer's market. Here are my spoils :3

Ok so let's see. I picked up The Assorted Jelly sticks first because my Significant Other said that he loves them...So I picked up the biggest jar >_>. lol. If I care about people and learn about something that they like...then I HAVE to give it to them and spoil them lol. Along with the jelly sticks, I got him a bowl and matching spoon since he was taking the chopsticks and bowl from the pho place we had a date at lol. I also bought bendy straws for us whenever we go get something to drink because he likes bendy straws :3. 
The two other non-food items are two different ice molds. One that makes cubes that fit in water bottles, and one with cute shapes [including stars ^_^!].
Onto the food items that are for me :3. I got two things of bin bin, one for me and one for my mommy. A things of assorted mochi with peach, mango, and pineapple flavors. A bag of Strawberry flavored Hi-chew [omnomnom]. A bag of Strawberry filled Hello Kitty Marshmallows for my $50 Hello Kitty swap with menstrual-poetry. Two bags of Shrimp Snacks, Bar B Que and Onion & Garlic flavor. Three of the Look Chocolates because OMG they are so flippin yummy! Lastly, two boxes of Hello Kitty Cookie snacks.
Whoo, alright that's about it for that trip.
Tomorrow the Significant Other and I are going photographing :3. I bought a double pack of disposable cameras from walmart the on Saturday, and three mini photo albums [also from walmart saturday], so we're going to take em and go exploring :3. We're also bringing my digital cameras. I subconsciously want him to learn the buttons on the Nikon, and it would be easier for him to learn on my D60 than my D3100 ^_^. I'm quite excited if everything goes along well.

Swap Crazy (≧ω≦)

The two years I've been at college, I've been far far FAAARRR away from the "Swap-Lyfe". Reasons like: all the people I knew on flickr [where I'd mainly do the lovlier swaps] had fallen off the face of MY earth [they were still quite active...just not with me *sadface*], the flickr swaps that I WAS doing...sucked [sorry, but truthful], and the swaps on swap-bot ended up being quite depressing as well. 

This summer coming home from college has actually turned it around, and I have magically [whoo magic] come across some actual decent [ok amazing] swappers ^_^! It warms my heart to be able to send a total stranger a lovely package that I know they will love, and them do the same for me while making a new friend at the same time! I am guilty of re-gifting things I receive in swaps, but in retrospect who isn't? If I can't find a use for something but I know this person will heck yeah I'm going to send it to them!

The latest one's name is Paperfun [yes I'm giving you her flickr name because I don't want to put her business out like that lol], and we just hit it off completely. We had done a swap back in March as our first private swap together.

After this, we decided to do a "Big Swap"/Fill-a-bag swap together and I think our budget was $50, but at this point we had both forgotten our budget and theme [except that we were "filling" a bag] anyways and have just been buying things for eachother lol. Well, one reason is because we scheduled to send out in August, but then again we also get along quite well so the want to please the other is great [ha hopefully that doesn't sound too awkward]

The next person I haven't completed the swap process with yet, only because I had recently been flaked on by someone with a similar default photo, and she has absolutely no photos of swaps she's done before posted on her flickr. She also hasn't posted the photo of what she's supposed to be sending me though she said she would on the 11th. So I am quite iffy about sending out the items I had initially purchased for her.

On her page it stated that she really liked hello kitty, so I tried to go all out and get her mainly hello kitty items. If she does in fact turn out being a flaker, then these items will be used for a different swap that I am working on...which will be talked about at the end, and you shall see why.
On a lighter/happier note, I have had the privilege of doing quite the lovely swap with a girl on tumblr [Erynne]. I'm normally quite skeptical of random people who hit me up for swap, but she was the most legit random person who has hit me up. She sent me a video of the items she had to offer, since pictures are hard for her to produce. I mean, I don't know what to say about her other than wow. In a good way though. If you're looking for a swap partner hit her up for sure! She is looking to do more kawaii swaps. I received her package to me today, and am sending out her side tomorrow. I'll only show what she's sent me since we agreed on surprise, and I'll upload the photo after she receives.

*whew* Alrighty! onto the swap that I'm working on now! So another lovely person has hit me up on tumblr about doing a swap. She had initially suggested a Hello Kitty swap with a budget of $50, but me being quite picky when it comes to hello kitty items we've rendered it a bit. I WILL in fact be sending her $50 worth of hello kitty items that I hope she will love, and she will be sending me $50 worth of goodies form my wishpot. If I am being flaked on, then the items that were supposed to be sent to le other chic [see above lol] will be for this lovely gal. I have a couple Hello Kitty items in my possession now and have also JUST purchased these two items for her:
