eBay Treasures Haul

I am one of the many lovers of ebay shopping. Even when I'm not purchasing anything, I do a little computer screen perusing [window shopping]...or a lot. haha. I've been having my eyes on new things to add to my collection of collections, along with trying to get some christmas shopping done early. Here are the many random items I've been purchasing since the 17th.

Vintage Germany Pin
This is the beginnings of a Christmas present for the boyfriend.
He's mixed with German, and loves pins, so win win :3
$1
I Love You Lovely Panda False Nails.
New collection to add to my collection of collections. I had
learned how to wear acrylic nails without ruining your real one's
from a Drag Queen, and decided that I wanted to sport some kawaii ones!
$1.98

American US Flag False Nails
Soon I'll have the equipment for a FULL American Flag print
outfit lol.
$1.98

Colorful Rabbit False Nails
$1.98

Hi! Magenta Rabbit False Nails
$1.98
3 Pairs Clip-on earrings
Another item in my collection of collections are clip-on
earrings. They come out with some really cute styles.
$1.82
Flawless Punk Gothic Vintage Style Big Eye chain ear cuff
Ear cuffs and oddities. I think that's the "Evil Eye", so it should
keep the evil away ^_^.
$1.75
New 8pcs Vintage Style Rings
Maybe if I get some rings that actually fit, I'll wear them.
And thèse don't have too too much going on.
$2.75
Simple Fashion 9K Yellow Gold Filled Women's Hoops
These can be worn through my gauged lobes. Trying to
bring some girly-ness to my ears.
$1.75
1pc Women's Collar Tips Pin
Not really my style, but never hurts to try something out :D
$1.51

Well...this is just the beginning like I said, but tis what I've been throwing my money at lately. There are also great deals going on on the websites I frequent.

Thrifting: Style.ly

Ever found yourself online looking through clothing websites, looking for sales and deals. Every caught yourself wishing you had a goodwill via interwebz? Well the next best thing I'd say would be style.ly

The just of the site is that you can rack up on these "points" called style points, and if you rack up enough then you can use those points on your order to make what you pay, less. The downside is that while on the website (and away from it long periods of time), the points amount decreases. You can earn points by logging in every day, commenting on items, receiving gifts, etc etc.
People list their used, and new items for a discounted price at most times. You can find vintage to modern items. Not only can you buy, but you can also sell your own items wanting to let go of.
In my own opinion, buying is quite safe because the seller doesn't receive the payment until they've entered a delivery confirmation. With that said as a seller you must always purchase delivery confirmation for your packages before receiving the payment.
I have been both a buyer and a seller. 3 items sold, and 2 items bought. I would have to say that the transactions went quite smoothly. It's quite easy to list, and it's free to do so.

My most recent purchase is the Woman's Sweater...which was today (≧◡≦). I had racked up about $10 in points and decided it was time to add to my sweater collection. I really like the selection of sweaters style.ly has to offer, so I was hell bent on a new sweater lol. I came across this beauty which was listed for $13.50. After I used my points, and after style.ly's slice [there is a cut that style.ly has to receive] I only paid $6.30 in total for this beauty.
I'll do a showcase of my sweater collection after I receive this sweater.

Til then

July Shoppings

Let's start off with a trade I'm doing on facebook with V's A'more Bello
She was interested in a few of my rare plushies that I was letting go of, including:
- Nyan nyan nyanko cake plush
- Tempura Shrimp plush [NWT]
- Kiwi Twins plush
In return, I'll be receiving:
- A sleeveless buttondown [missing 2 buttons but I can easily fix that]
- San-x Rilakkuma Sandwich squishy
- 6 Sanrio Hello Kitty Desserts squishies
- San-xRilakkuma Dango squishy
- San-x Kamonohashi Kamo Platypus Squishy
She said she sent today, I'm quite excited to receive and send.

Moving on!
I had ordered some Hello Kitty Cabochons for my swap with paperfun, and they came in yesterday. I have to say that they are quite adorable. I bought them off of ebay. Just put cabochon in the search. They have a wide variety.

Early yesterday, the family went out to eat at my favorite Indian Restaurant up the street.
My delicious plate consisted of: Rice, Chicken Tikka Masala [on rice], Spicy Chicken 65, and Malai chicken. omnomnom

Now onto the serious shopping portion. My favorite stores include anywhere I can get a whole wardrobe for $50-$60 lol [i.e. goodwill/thrift stores, ross, rainbow, wally world etc etc.]  I went to Ross and Rainbow the other day. Here's my loot:
This Crocheted shawl is actually from eBay. I bought it
for $5.50 with free shipping
Rainbow: Dark Navy Blue Star and Lace tight Dress
Acquiring more clothing with Stars lol Lil Miss Starfish
$7
Rainbow: White and Denim Blue stripped strapless dress with belt
I also bought an earthy floral one in the same style with a diff. belt,
but that was a different trip lol
$7
Rainbow: White, Black, Baby Turquoise tanks
$3 each
Rainbow: Super comfy, Black&White floral print  lounge pants
They had an animal print pair also that I may go back and get.
These are extremely comfy!
$10
Ross: Navy Blue Floral print dress
$7.99
Ross: See-thru checkered floral tank with mesh back
$8.99
the mesh back
Along with shopping, I've also been trying to get some refashioning done, so I can have some "unique" clothing items for the coming school year.
I bought this button-down on one of my Goodwill trips back at school.
It's a size XL [I think in Women's]. I started off with taking one of my tank tops and "measuring" off where I wanted to start cutting. I started with the sleeves, and sewed a hem on one of the holes. I'm going to do the same to the other side and take in the sides so that it isn't so wide.
In the end, I should have a lovely sleeveless button-down for the hot summer.
When I got back home, I ventured to one of the Goodwill's in my area that I haven't been to yet and found this lovely blouse:
Sadly it had a hole in it, but I didn't care. It was too cute and such a lovely color that I decided I could just fix it. So this is the second "refashion" I'm working on.
I've decided to put a pocket over it :D
This is only the beginning of my shopping ventures. I haven't done back-to-school shopping yet >:3
