I was perusing through MoMo's Blog and she had done a 30 Day Challenge, so I decided that since today is March 1st that I would buckle down and take part in doing a Challenge as well....it would be the same 30 Day Challenge and all...lol. But anyways here goes :D Hopefully this goes well.

Day 1: Make A Wishlist

• The first thing that I always wish for when doing anything in which I'm allowed to make a random wish is Happiness. Make that Genuine Happiness. It's truly what I want in the end. I know somewhat of everyone does, but hey it's my list.
• I wish to get back into anime and manga. It has been such a long time since I've actually sat down and watched a whole anime, or read full volumes of manga. Last night was the start though! From about 12:30am-2:30am I watched epi. 1-3 of Tamako Market. [Which I will review once finished] I also have a list of manga I would love to purchase from amazon once I have "recreational" money to spend.
• My third wish would be to be able to have enough money saved to move out. I do have freedom, but at the same time my father sees me as still being 12 years old. It stunts the whole happiness wish from being fulfilled most times. 
• OoooOooo I want to go to concerts! I've been getting emails from Ticketmaster and Live Nation with all these awesome sounding concerts in my area, but I need the whole "recreational" fund thing for this as well....and someone to go with..
• My second to last wish [yes I labeled it the second to last wish] will be to actually organize my room. Getting rid of extra clutter. I'm like a stage 1 hoarder or something, but one that knows I'm doing it and really really wants to get rid of unused things. I don't just want to throw it away though...oh lawd that's what they say on the show too...great
• Lastly, I want MoMo to be able to afford the DSLR she needs because a part of me really really REALLY wants to see the youtube vid ideas she'll come up with :)

That's all I can think of wish-wise at the moment. Aside from the of course World Peace, and Happiness for all such and suchness lol. If you'd like to partake in the Challenge I welcome you to!

R.A.P. Poem

I am in a club called Random Acts of Poetry, and through the two years-ish I've been apart of it I've been growing poetryally [yes that is now a word]. I first wrote a very personal poem after being inspired by one of the other members. It was very long and quite quite personal. This next one I wrote I felt is much better. Sweet and to the point. Shows some metaphorical growth and some internal rhyme possibly. I just know there's growth in it from poems I usually write lol. But yeah yeah, I'm going to share it...that's the just of all this nonsense paragraph...ok here goes:

I'm a 20 year old busy brain

I'd say busy body, but my body stays put 

While my mind tries to contain

Everything

And when I say everything

I mean the ups, downs, and all arounds

The memories of those good days on those 

bad days wondering when it's going to be good again

Those what ifs, buts, and ands

that ish my mental just cant stand

Constantly wishing there was an off switch

an escape from this

A mind glitch

That would open up a secret door to a secret world

That my mind and I can explore together

Without worry of whatever, wherever, whoever

But then I remember nothings perfect

And that this mind scribble is just a side-effect 

of this disease called life.

Youtube lyfe + Fashion

Slowly but surely "perfecting" my new youtube page. Just followed all the people from my old channel that I wanted to follow, reworked the background a bit, added my links, and customized the tabs. I'm actually getting really excited about this channel. A new slab is what I needed. I've even come up with an idea for a "series" type thing. I call it the DGAF guide :D. I decided on it due to my "unconventional" ways of doing certain things, so it will be vids of me going about situations the Starfish way lol. First in the series is my Leggings vid. 

Though I am embarrassed by the bottom shots and the accidental undie peeks, I hadn't noticed they existed til I was starting my editing, and by then I was too lazy to want to redo it so I went with it. I'm 20 years old, I'm not a child so there shouldn't be much problem other than people not wanting to see it. For that I will apologize. I mean I had to have the focus on the leggings anyways, so I knew what I was getting into. I did want to show the detail of front and back since some are different.

Enough about that, and on to the next topic. I had done a Bunny Make-up tutorial for Momo, but I forgot to set the focus...so the whole vid is blurry...so I'll need to do that one again. I also still need to do my twist-out tutorial for a tumblr follower. The bunny make-up will defo be in the DGAF series lol. 

Though I have a real love for masculine attire, I have been getting eyes for more feminine clothing now-a-days. I randomly came across a couple discount clothings sites that have me pining for shopping sprees lol. The first is tobi. The header phrase is "30% off New Arrivals Daily"...what a beautiful phrase don't you think? Just some of the items the lovely tobi has to offer:

Speaking of sweaters [well showing photos of..] I noticed that I have a sweater collection along with my leggings collection. I have some serious heart eyes for sweaters. Ever since I started shopping at goodwill, I always pick up a couple no matter what time of year lol. Even in regular stores. Better yet, especially in regular stores. Sweaters are on sale in the Summer! I remember I got one for $3 with tax *dances*

Collection: New Addition

I had done a post explaining my new obsession to interestingly printed leggings, and how I had decided to go on collecting them and such. With the awesome amount I had found whilst on my search for good cheap leggings, I started on making bracelets to have a little extra spending money. I had my eye on a sweet pair that I promised myself I would purchase when I had enough. I had already spent some of the extra moneys on three pairs of leggings for a giveaway, so I had to wait a little longer than I wanted lol. BUT the day has finally come, and I ordered them yesterday. 

Their printed with a half galaxy design. Almost piddled myself when I saw them, and for only $18.42 with shipping. Oh yes indeed lol. I think it will be a lovely addition to my growing collection.

For the future [dun dun duuuun]

So for some reason youtube keeps sending me emails saying I can monetize my videos, but it wont allow me to connect with the email I have set up with it. I have grown out of the xMmmsSoupx name pretty much, so I decided to do a completely new channel. I know some of my subscribers aren't active, so I wanted to do this to also bring out my active subscribers. I'm totally ok with starting over as I have done it many times before. I will do one last video on my xMmmsoupx channel which will be me announcing a giveaway. WHOO HOO GIVEAWAY! I'm not releasing any details on it til then though, but I like the idea :D. I think I got my video editor to work again also. I updated my computer :3 haha. So I will be able to do all the ideas I've been excited to do!! Ok so my new youtube is http://www.youtube.com/user/AJStarfish3 . I will start doing vids on that channel when I start my giveaway which will be sometime in August :). YAY! haha I'm too excited to type a non random blog :D
